Aligning with the element of air physically clarifies your nervous system through optimal oxygenation, while mentally expanding your intellect, curiosity, and creative expression. Spiritually, it uplifts your consciousness, allowing your soul to detach from earthly weights and communicate effortlessly with higher dimensions.
Breathwork has been part of my own practice for the past two years, and it’s become something I return to time and time again, for grounding, clarity, energy and creating a little more space. I completed my Anjali Breathwork Teacher Training in 2024, and now I’m taking my learning even deeper. I’m currently enrolled in further training, exploring the psychology and anatomy of breath and how it can influence the way we feel, think and move through life.
