Founder, adventurer, sauna lover, sea-swimmer and occasional over-packer. SALT is my excuse to bring together all the things I love, the outdoors, the elements, good products, good people and feeling bloody good in your own skin.

Just been to a Bath Salt workshop run by Sophie, owner of SALT. Sophie explained all about SALT and its origin and meaning. We had a Cacao ceremony to get us relaxed and into the workshop. Time for ourselves. Sophie thoroughly explained all the components and what they did and what they are for. Then it was time to create your own bath salts. We had lovely jars and scoops to put our bath salts in to take home and an extra surprise gift from Sophie was a candle in our gift bags. Precision to detail was exemplary. Sophie answered any questions throughout the workshop. We all left with unique, individual bath salts for our own being. A lovely group of people, lovely workshop, learnt new knowledge of salts and essential oils. Sophie is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business. I hope SALT continues to grow and would highly reccomend attending her Workshops.
I purchased the discovery set so I could try a couple of different products. I am in love with them all. I have ordered the full sized lock in hydration serum because it’s just incredible. I’ve never been very good at looking after my skin and even if I’ve tried, I can never find a suitable product as everything seems so overwhelming. Thank goodness for this serum! At the age of 41 I think I’ve finally found what my skin has been crying out for. My face feels different. It’s softer, the dryness has drastically improved and this has just been from a week of using the sample size. I put a small amount on in the morning and it lasts all day, I then use a bit more before I go to sleep. Just wonderful!
The Salt products are totally brilliant. As an outdoorsy girl, I absolutely love Salt’s whole ethos, but also as someone who struggles to slow down and stop. I tried the bath salts at the end of a stressful week and they were just what I needed - such a simple way to relax and reset. The serum is great, easy to use and transport and leaves your skin super glowy and healthy with a lovely gentle scent. My favourite product I think is the muscle rub - it just feels sooooo good how it melts in and it honestly smells good enough to eat. All of the products are such a simple way to do self care and they make you feel amazing. Would recommend to everyone!
