Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or similar tracked service

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please check with neighbours, household members, or safe places.
Contact the courier with your tracking number.
If unresolved, contact us through the website and we’ll do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Skincare Safely

We package all skincare items securely to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
