We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
