Sophie's Story

In my 20s, I lived fast and free. I was a traveller, always chasing the next flight, the next party, the next adventure. I worked a wild mix of jobs abroad; bartender in Bolivia, driver in the French Alps, detailer & stewardess on super yachts. Every day was about squeezing the most out of life, never sitting still, and always saying yes.

But life has a way of calling you back when you need it most.

Eventually, I found myself returning home, not by choice, but by necessity. My body was tired, my mind even more so. It was time to pause, to reflect, and to heal.

That’s when things shifted. I started to see that the real richness of life isn't found in the chaos, but in the quiet moments. In taking care of your health. In moving your body and feeding your soul. In time spent with people who truly matter. And most importantly, in learning how to love and respect yourself.

Now, I’m still all about adventure, but it’s a different kind. One rooted in wellness, intention, and balance. This is my story, and it’s only just getting started.

The Journey

2013 — Outback Magic

I spent 3 unforgettable days in the Australian outback with Aboriginal elders. I learned about ancient natural healing, connection to land, and listening to the earth. I left with a full heart and a spark I couldn’t ignore.

I had a notes section on my phone overflowing with natural healing insights I’d gathered over those days. But 20-year-old me left that phone in a taxi, just one of many I’d lose over the years, usually thanks to a night out and a few too many drinks.

2014 — The Pills Project

In uni I photographed a project on how we rely on pills instead of understanding the root cause. I started questioning everything, including how we treat our bodies and minds.

Cue: mild existential crisis (the good kind).

My uni tutor wasn’t exactly a fan. He didn’t get it the way I did, the urgency, the frustration, the absolute madness of a society that treats symptoms instead of causes. To him, it probably seemed a bit dramatic or unfocused. But to me, it was personal, raw, and very real. It was the beginning of seeing the world through a different lens, one that didn’t always fit neatly into a university brief.

2009 - Present - Mountain Therapy

Climbing high, healing deep Somewhere along the way, I started climbing mountains, literally. Long hikes, steep climbs, quiet views. Every summit helped me let go of something I no longer needed - but I didn't realise the power in this yet...

2013–2022 — Chasing the Sun

I spent years travelling the world, soaking in cultures, natural beauty, and ancient traditions. From mountain temples to ocean swims, I absorbed it all. The earth felt like one big, beautiful classroom. But beneath the adventure, I was also running, escaping home, rebelling against society’s expectations, and resisting conformity. In those years, I wasn’t really listening to my body or myself. I was searching, but not yet ready to face what I truly needed.

2020 — Reiki & Realignment

I began my Reiki journey during a time when the world had slowed down, and for the first time, I had space to truly pause. What started as a curiosity quickly became something deeper, it brought calm, clarity, and a sense of purpose I hadn’t felt before. It was the beginning of an inward journey: one of letting go, breaking down everything I thought I knew, and slowly rebuilding from the inside out. Turns out, my hands knew more than my mind was ready to admit.

2021 — The Deep Work

I started my counselling journey, a safe space to heal, unpack, and begin to rebuild. At the same time, movement and spirituality became daily medicine, helping me reconnect with myself in ways I hadn’t before. I learned that healing isn’t linear, but it is worth it. And finally, after years of being “the quiet one,” I began using my voice, not just to speak, but to truly express myself in the way I’d always wanted. Honestly, it felt like coming home to myself.

2022 — Strong Girl Era

Fitness & loving my body differently.
I started working out regularly, for the first time ever, not to shrink, but to feel strong and capable. Fitness stopped being about looks and became about feeling alive, energized, and present. What surprised me most was the powerful connection between my mental wellbeing and physical movement. It wasn’t just exercise, it became a craving, a vital part of my self-care. Sweat, sass, and serious growth all rolled into one.

2023 — Kitchen Alchemy

I started experimenting with oils, butters, and essential oils, not just for their skincare benefits, but for the energy and intention they carry. My kitchen quickly filled with amazing scents, and my hands stayed soft and nourished. Every blend I created felt like crafting a little potion, full of care and magic.

2024 — The Vision Lands

The ideas, the values, the ingredients (& my ingredients) it all started coming together. Simple, soulful, sustainable skincare that actually feels good. Heart-first, skin-second. This year became my year of patience, a time of waiting, though I wasn’t always sure what I was waiting for. Sometimes the hardest part is just sitting with that uncertainty, trusting that what’s meant to come will.

2025 — The Soul Nudge

The universe sent a reminder - in the form of a person. Someone who cracked me open in the most unexpected, beautiful way. They saw me, really saw me, and in doing so, helped me see myself more clearly. My light began to shine brighter than ever. I was reminded that I can offer something truly real and kind to the world. This brand? It’s that reminder — bottled.
