SALT Turns 1 – Elemental Celebration Experience

SUNDAY 19th JULY 2026

Thank you for your support over the past year. I would love for you to join me in celebrating SALT turning 1 with a unique, nature-led experience designed in true SALT style, aligning with the elements. 

📍 Event Schedule

9:45am – Meet at Café Walton
A relaxed meet-up point to gather, connect, and begin the morning together.

10:00am – Guided walk to The Willows
A scenic approx. 2.5-mile walk along the riverbank to the venue. (inclusive as possibly yet still including movement)

11:00am – 3:00pm – Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience with Secret Sauna Club
A restorative rotation of sauna and cold immersion sessions.
(Time slots will be allocated, with flexibility to group friends together where possible.)
We have an area to sit, connect, chat - fully licensed bar and snacks available.

3:00pm – Return walk to Café Walton

• Wristband entry system (issued at Café Walton)

🍽 Optional Sunday Lunch

Sunday lunch is available at The Willows from 12:00pm–4:00pm.
Booking is recommended directly with the venue.

ℹ️ Important Information

• You are welcome to join for the full day or select parts of the experience
• Comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for walking and changing conditions is advised
• Spaces for sauna and ice bath sessions are limited and will be scheduled in advance
• More information will be sent out to those booking onto the sauna experience
